Evaporative coolers cause house fires

CFA has warned residents to check evaporative coolers, after crews attended four house fires caused by these systems over the weekend (7-8 January).

Strathewen students create fire film

CFA’s Arthur’s Creek Strathewen fire brigade have worked with 10 Strathewen Primary School students to create a ‘Claymation’ film about bushfire awareness, which has been well received by local people.
