2014 CFA Communications Survey
One week left to complete the 2014 CFA Communications Survey
Most CFA members spend time online every day and when contacted by the organisation, like to hear from the Chief Officer. And they are most interested in new information about operational training, according to some interesting early results from the 2014 CFA Communications Survey.
With a week to go to the survey close, the number of responses has far outstripped those from the 2012 survey which helped guide important changes like taking CFA Brigade magazine online but keeping the printed version and running a regular column from each Regional Director.
New technology has changed communications and the 2014 survey will give CFA a better understanding of the communications needs of members.
The 2014 CFA Communications Survey is available on line now at www.surveymonkey.com/s/comms2014 and asks members for their opinion on important issues such as how they get their CFA news, who they want to hear from and how often.
The survey will close Monday 4 August 2014.
