More about the volunteer survey
The 2014 VFBV Volunteer Survey is a survey of volunteers by volunteers, and is now in its third year.
This third survey is already a success, but greater numbers of volunteers completing the survey will help to better equip VFBV with facts and figures for use in working for the benefit of all volunteers and the communities we protect.
By repeating the survey periodically, VFBV can track trends in volunteers’ opinions. This year’s results will be compared with the past two years’ figures, to show trends in how volunteers feel CFA is doing on each of the issues.
This is a co-operative process; VFBV and CFA have both studied the past two years’ results and will use this survey to highlight aspects of volunteer support that need attention. Each volunteer’s individual answers will be kept confidential, but the overall results will go straight to the decision makers.
You can see the results of last year’s survey at www.vfbv.com.au
The survey is open until the close of business on 14 July 2014, and volunteers who have already taken the survey can help out by encouraging other volunteers to take the survey too.
