Police have confirmed that the body of a male has been located deceased in a burnt out vehicle in the Seaton area around 5pm this afternoon.
The body of the male has yet to be formally identified.
Police are investigating and will prepare a report for the Coroner.
CFA and DSE fire fighters continue to fight the out of control fire in the Glenmaggie and surrounding area.
