Cape Clear light aircraft accident
CFA is currently on scene at a light aircraft accident at Cape Clear.
Firefighters were called to the incident on Scarsdale-Pitfield Road just after 1.30pm.
It appears the two-seater plane came down in a paddock but the cause will need to be investigated.
The two occupants on the plane have escaped with minor injuries and are in the care of paramedics.
Powerlines have come down as a result of the accident which CFA is monitoring until the power company arrives on scene.
The two CFA trucks on scene are from Cape Clear and Berringa.
