CEO Mick Bourke has provided all members with an update on the current status of CFA’s proposed service delivery and support model.

From the CEO’s blog:

“I know many of you are keen to hear, but at this stage we are still working to finalise decisions on all of the proposed concepts, and, having just returned from leave, I need to get across the consultation feedback quickly. As such, we are not yet in a position to share the outcomes with you,” said Mick.

“We did commit to keeping you involved and informed every step of the way, so I wanted to let you know that we aren’t taking this lightly. We know that these changes have the potential to make CFA a more modern and sustainable organisation that is set up for years to come, so we want to be able to look back and know that we made the right decisions for our members and for the communities we serve.”
