CFA Volunteer Culture Survey
Don't miss out on participating in CFA's Volunteer Culture survey.
By Chris Riviere
The CFA Volunteer Culture survey is underway. Volunteers are invited to complete the survey online to let us know what you’d like from CFA as an organisation and in terms of culture in the future.
Remember this survey is being conducted as a result of feedback from the volunteers who participated in the Organisational Culture Inventory in 2012.
This feedback suggested that CFA should carry out a separate survey for volunteers so that CFA could better understand the issues relevant to volunteers.
We wish to thank volunteers who have already completed the survey for their feedback.
If you haven’t done so, make the most of the opportunity. Your feedback is important!
The 2014 survey is in its second week and initial response from volunteers has been good. Over 1,500 survey forms have been completed. However, we want an even greater number of volunteers to participate. The closing date is 21 July 2014.
Results will be collated, analysed and communicated in September.
