CFA has today released an upgrade to its warnings and incidents page to bring it into line with Victoria's official all-hazards emergency website VicEmergency.

The new page will use the same incident and warning icons as VicEmergency and the same terminology.

As well as Victorian fire service warnings and incidents the site will also display Department of Environment and Primary Industries (DEPI) planned burns.

For those with slow internet connections there is an option to switch to 'List View' rather than 'Map View'.

The site automatically refreshes every 5 minutes to ensure the latest fire service emergency information is being displayed and allows mobile users to zoom in to their location with one tap.

To view all types of emergency information in one place Victorians are encouraged to use the VicEmergency website - www.emergency.vic.gov.au.
