Christmas message from the CEO and Chief Officer
By Lucinda Nolan and Joe Buffone
As we approach the beginning of the festive season I want to thank all CFA members and families for their ongoing commitment to our organisation and the dedicated service you delivered in support of your communities throughout 2015.
On behalf of CFA I also extend season’s greetings to our colleagues in all the other fire and emergency management agencies that continue to work closely with CFA to serve and protect the community of Victoria.
I wish all Victorians a very merry, peaceful and safe Christmas and New Year.
Chief Executive Officer
My best wishes to our members and their loved ones over Christmas and the festive season.
As we head towards the New Year and what has the potential to be a challenging Summer please remember to look after yourself and those around you; whether you’re at home, work or on the fire ground.
Thank you to our volunteers and career fire fighters for your efforts in making Victoria safer.
While this time of year is all about taking a break and spending time with family, remember our volunteers and career staff will be at the ready. So help us by keeping an eye on the Vic Emergency website or other emergency information source.
