Thank you to everyone who took part in the online Q&A sessions about the proposed changes to our service delivery and support model with the Executive Leadership Team on Monday 29 July and Monday 5 August.

We received some great questions and it was great to see so much interest.

Unfortunately, as some of you may be aware, after the second session we found a glitch in the Q&A software system which means that we didn’t receive a number of questions on both nights. The full list is now available below.

Session one - Monday 29 July

Session two - Monday 5 August

Session three - remaining questions

Don’t forget there are still several opportunities and ways for you to ask questions. You can jump onto Brigades Online or the CFA Intranet, click on the ‘Creating Our Future Together – Next Steps’ button on the homepage, and then select the ‘Frequently asked questions’ tab. From there you can submit a public question (all members can see your question and the response) or a confidential question (only you see the question and receive a response).

We’re also running workshops around Victoria from Monday 19 – Sunday 25 August, where you can pose your questions directly to Executive and Regional Directors. These workshops will also be a great chance to understand more about the proposed changes, and to give us your feedback. More detail about dates, times and locations is available on CFA News & Media.

And, of course, keep the feedback coming – send your comments in before 5pm on Friday 30 August by selecting the ‘Provide feedback’ button on the ‘Creating Our Future Together – Next Steps’ page on Brigades Online and the CFA intranet.
