Members are encouraged to apply for a new or replacement CFA Member ID Card through Brigades Online. ID cards are available for all members, including junior members. Your personal identification card can be used to formally identify you as a member of CFA.

To obtain an ID card, members can use the online system in Brigades Online and upload a passport style photo, please read the photo guidelines to determine if the photo is suitable to upload.

Applications require approval from the member’s Brigade Captain/Officer In Charge (OIC) or Secretary, to ensure the applicant is a current member of their Brigade, to verify their identity matches the uploaded photo and that the image meets the guidelines. Upon application a notification is automatically sent to the Captain/OIC and Secretary to prompt action.

To access the Member ID online system, please login to CFA Brigades Online, select ‘Apply for an ID Card’ link in the ‘Tasks’ drop down menu or ‘Your ID Card’ link in the ‘Records’ drop down menu.
