CFA is calling for emergency service sector employees to respond to an online survey regarding an information line service such as the Victorian Bushfire Information Line (VBIL).

The survey aims to determine end user’s expectations of the information service focusing on the types of information provided and other channels that users would prefer to receive updates through. The survey is open to a wide range of audiences including employees within the emergency services sector.

Employees within the emergency services sector in Victoria (such as Victoria Police, VICSES, MFB and CFA) are encouraged to participate in the online survey via the following link: https://www.iviewsurveys.com.au/mrIWeb/mrIWeb.dll?I.Project=O14Y0400C2. The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete and will be open until May 15th.

Information gathered from this survey may be used to improve service delivery of the current VBIL or assist with the design of the future multi-hazard and multi-agency emergency information line model. For further enquiry about this survey, please contact VBIL on 1800 240 667.
