Equity and Diversity Review closes 18 December
The Equity and Diversity Review survey closes this Sunday 18 December, so this is your last chance to participate!
The Victorian Equal Opportunity Human rights Commission (VEOHRC) have been conducting an online survey, site visits, focus groups and interviews over recent months, looking at CFA’s workplace culture and the experience of discrimination (including bullying) and sexual harassment among CFA members.
All CFA staff and volunteers are encouraged to complete the online survey before the deadline on Sunday. You can also still arrange a confidential phone interview or face-to-face meeting with VEOHRC using the following details:
- Confidential phone line: (03) 9032 3464
- Website: www.victorianhumanrightscommission.com/EDR/
VEOHRC have received high levels of engagement from CFA members across the state, as well as former members who left the organisation during or after 2010.
Please remember your participation will not be reported back to CFA, and VEOHRC will not name individual people or work locations in their final report.
The final report due is due to be publicly released in mid-2017.
