It took 40 firefighters about an hour to bring the fire under control with crews attending a reignition of the blaze just after 3.00am today.
CFA Operations Officer Sean Kerr said it is believed the fire started in the kitchen area of the business, but said investigators would work to determine the cause of the fire this morning.
