Fire damages Clifton Springs house
Fire has caused extensive damage to a house in Clifton Springs.
CFA was called to the Sundial Drive property about 10.40am this morning (Wednesday, 16 October).
Strong winds fanned the flames, making it a difficult battle for firefighters. The top storey was detroyed and the roof collapsed. The bottom level was damaged by smoke and water.
All occupants of the house escaped uninjured. The cause is not being treated as suspicious.
Crews from Portarlington, Drysdale, Ocean Grove, Wallington and Geelong remain on scene.
