Fiskville update #5
Now the Independent Investigator is up and running, we urge members with information useful to the inquiry to contact Professor Joy's team directly on
The Independent Investigator has set up a new website for this purpose www.fiskvilleinvestigation.com.au
Information provided to us previously has been logged so that any necessary follow up action can be taken. To ensure the independence of the investigation is maintained, we are advising those who have provided information to the project team to provide that same information direct to the Independent Investigator.
The Independent Investigator is due to report back by 31 March this year, the results of which will be made public.
I would like to thank those people who have provided valuable feedback on how best we can support our members.
I realise that the allegations that have been levelled at past work practices and processes at Fiskville have led to personal anxiety for many of our members both past and present and their families. We are determined to deal with this matter properly, as I've said before - we owe that to our members.
