Guiding the community to survival
A new edition of CFA’s Your Guide to Survival is now available for ordering. Weighing in at just 20 small-format pages, the new version includes an illustration of a well-prepared property and updated information on survival options.
For those new to the Guide, the publication brings together a wide range of bushfire survival information – from preparation and warnings to what to do during a fire – in a highly-illustrative format.
Since its launch last summer, the Guide has proven popular with members and volunteers due to its handy format and the easy-to-digest presentation of information. These features make the Guide especially useful as a community engagement tool and handout at all manner of events.
In addition, local businesses, community centres, and tourism operators can stock and distribute the Guide to residents and travellers.
