On any given night, there are 23,000 people in Victoria without a place to call home. Almost half of these are under the age of 25.

This Thursday, 22 May, Hallam career firefighters LFF Ash O'Loghlin, LFF Ben Thorn and QFF Alex Batty are braving the cold and sleeping rough as part of 'Sleep at the G'. The team from A Platoon are raising money to help Melbourne City Mission provide vital services to homeless young people in Victoria and they'd welcome any donation, great or small, that you could make.

Funds raised through Sleep at the 'G support the much-needed homelessness services that Melbourne City Mission provides to young people experiencing disadvantage in Victoria through Frontyard Youth Services.

"We've set ourselves a target of $1000 and have currently raised $340 to date" says LFF O'Loghlin.  If you are willing and able to assist the boys in reaching and exceeding their target, please use the link below.

The link will direct you to the team page 'Hallam Fireys Go Missionary'.  Once on the page simply click the 'Donate to this team' button and you'll be on your way.
