Joy was presented with a caricature of her many roles, a CFA plaque and flowers to acknowledge her diligent and efficient work, attention to detail, honesty and integrity.
In addition to her work as Secretary, Joy was commended for her work as Strike Team Scribe, ICC Communications Operator and in helping develop Group plans and procedures. Joy is also a Life Member of the Group.
Joy and the Group Officers were quick to also thank Joy’s husband, Dale, for his support over the years, particularly in the key leadership roles they undertook together with Driving Education and Licencing.
Joy will continue her commitment to CFA as a volunteer member of the District 14 Headquarters East Brigade.
Well done Joy - it has been a Joy!
