On 25-27 November 2016 more than 100 avid motorcycle riders will be getting involved in Australia’s first Knights of the Round Table (KoRT) tournament.
The Red Knights Motorcycle Club will be hosting the event at Kryal Castle in Ballarat.
The Red Knights are made up of current/retired members of the fire services and their immediate family members.
The upcoming event invites all emergency service motor vehicle clubs to join in a fun filled weekend in attempt to raise awareness for motorcycle road safety.
In the last ten years, more than 430 motorcycle riders and pillion passengers have been killed and more than 9,500 riders and pillion passengers have been seriously injured on Victorian roads.
Over the duration of the weekend KoRT will be demonstrating and displaying motorcycle riding skills in a safe and fun environment for Knights to participate in.
There will also be some fun activities and a bit of healthy rivalry to see which Knights Club can battle it out and claim the title of KoRT Champion.
CFA is excited to announce that they will be a tournament sponsor of this Australian first event.
KoRT is a family friendly event, and if you are a member or relative of a knights club, registrations are now open through our website https://rkmcnaoa.com/. Kryal Castle normal entry fees apply for the general public.
