The updated Members Quick Reference Guide on fire safety in your community is now available.

The pocket guide recognises that all CFA members have a highly respected voice in your community. It can be used as a reference for you, answer questions, create conversations and promote fire safety locally.

What’s New?

Updates to the 2014 version include:

  • Updated images and descriptions of updated top fire safety publications including ‘Can I Can’t I’ and ‘Your Guide to Survival’ (pg 7)
  • Inclusion of the VicEmergency website as a means to find fire warnings (pg 9)
  • A page designated to the key messages for urban fringe grassfires (pg 17)
  • Updated facts to support house fire conversations (pg 21)

The updated guide can be viewed here or hard copies are available from your regionally based Community Education Coordinator (CEC).
