CFA's Operational Training & Volunteerism (OT&V) team is in the process of rolling out a number of projects to the field.

This will commence late September 2014 and will continue into 2015. The purpose of the rollout is to ensure a good understanding of the projects and the benefits to members.

Among the first projects to be released, the new Recognition of Prior Learning – RPL processes, an update on the review and replacement for the Minimum Skills Program, the Brigade Operational Skills Profile (BOSP) Updated Program, the new Fire & Emergency Management Roles & Pathways, an update on a new Operational Training Guide to assist our training practitioners and a new release of the “Who can train and assess” poster with accompanying DVD.
