One CFA – One email signature

Email communication is one of CFA’s most frequently used communication tools, so it makes sense that our email signature remains consistent to reflect the professionalism of our organisation.

Email signatures make it easier for others to get in touch with you and include links to important online resources including CFA’s website, Facebook and Twitter pages.

In case you didn’t know, email signature templates can be accessed in two ways; by logging into the CFA Template Toolkit through Brigades Online / Intranet, then clicking under ‘Corporate materials’.  Or if you are at a CFA networked computer, simply go to ‘Word’ then click on File / New / My Templates / CFA emails tab.

If you send emails using various devices, you will need to set up your new signature on each device, for example from an iPad/iPhone, webmail (employees) or your Live@CFA (volunteers) email. These different instructions and templates are available from both locations mentioned above.

All staff are required to use these standardised email signatures, and volunteers are encouraged to as well. If you have any questions or require assistance please contact Nancy Thompson or Georgina Hill on 9262 8314.
