From Monday 19 – Sunday 25 August we’re running a number of workshops around Victoria to give all our members (everyone is welcome!) the opportunity to talk through and understand more about the proposed changes to CFA's service delivery and support model.

These interactive workshops are your opportunity to ask questions, give feedback on what’s proposed, and make other suggestions for improvements to our model.

The table at the bottom of this page lets you know what’s happening and when.  If you have any further queries about the workshops, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call Sam Chhay on 0400 590 389.

Each workshop will run for around two hours and light refreshments will be provided at all sessions.

The only workshops that you need to RSVP for are Dandenong and Sale (see the notes at the end of the table for more information), for all the others there’s no need to RSVP – just turn up at the time.

Following the workshops members can still ask questions and send through feedback by selecting the relevant button (‘Provide feedback’ or ‘Frequently asked questions’) on the ‘Creating Our Future Together – Next Steps’ page on Brigades Online and the CFA intranet.  Feedback needs to be submitted for consideration by the Executive Leadership Team by 5pm on Friday 30 August.

We’ll let you know the outcomes and the finalised model in September but the consultation won’t stop there – we’ll continue talking with you about how best to implement the new model.
