R U OK? Day Mental Health Forum
In support and recognition of R U OK? Day, a forum has been created to give CFA Members an opportunity to ask questions around supporting other members with mental health issues and share some tips on having a conversation.
Have you ever wanted to approach another member who may be going through a difficult time and felt you weren’t sure where to start?
CFA's Organisational Wellbeing team are encouraging you to visit the R U OK? Day Mental Health forum and ask any questions that might be on your mind.
Psychologist Arthur Papagiannis will be on hand from 3:30PM on September 11 2014, to answer your questions. Arthur is the founder and Managing Director of AP Psychology & Consulting Services and has been working with CFA on mental health support programs.
You can use the forum to:
- Ask some questions around how to support another person
- Ask some questions around how to spot warning signs
- Share your tips for starting a conversation
- Ask general questions on Mental Health and Wellbeing
If people are acting a bit differently, seem to have a lot on their plate, or simply aren’t themselves, don’t ignore these signs and instead take some time out to start a conversation.
