Recruitment materials launched for Junior Brigades
Providing support to Junior Brigades to promote their program and recruit new Juniors is important to CFA, which is why we are excited to launch a suite of new marketing and promotional materials.
The Junior Volunteer Development Program (JVDP) is an important youth engagement program that runs in about 200 CFA Brigades across the state. Promoting their program and recruiting new Juniors is important to Junior Brigades continued success, so the Volunteer Engagement Team have worked with Junior Leaders to update marketing materials.
The new marketing package includes:
- Facebook banner (editable)
- Instragram tile (editable)
- Postcard (hardcopy)
- Brochure (hardcopy & editable)
- Advert A6 (editable)
- Poster A3 & A4 (hardcopy & editable)
Printed versions of these documents can be ordered by Junior Brigades via the online ordering system where Junior Brigades order their uniform items, while the social media and editable materials can be found in the JVDP Resources section of Brigades Online (Brigade > Young People in CFA > Jnr Vol Develop't Program > Resources).
The highlight of the new package is a video showcasing the Junior Member experience and the training and activities our Junior Brigades run. Members who attended the Junior Leaders Forum in September got a sneak peek at the video and couldn’t wait to use it on their social media pages, at training and Open Days and with their Members, family and friends. These videos are avaiable on CFA's YouTube channel.

We’d like to say a special thank you to all the Junior Members, Leaders and Brigades who contributed photos and videos for us to use and we hope you love the end result as much as we do!
