Ever find yourself wondering what the other brigades are up to?

Maybe you’re interested to know what’s on the Chief’s agenda this month, what’s happening with the Learning Action Plan, or what kind of community safety initiatives are coming up.

What if we told you the CFA Members Facebook page can address all of these needs in one, swift swoop.

With over 10,000 likes, CFA Members is fast becoming the number one platform for members to stay up to date on CFA news, connect with each other, and have a say on the issues that matter.

This year you will see more frequent video updates from the Chief and the DCOs, a return of the livestream Q&A sessions, and also regular links to topical, member-focussed news stories.

The page is also a great example of how we can put our two way communication into practice, offering a space where all CFA members can ask questions, raise issues, suggest new ideas for stories and provide general feedback.

So don’t wait around for an email or spend hours scouring the CFA website, see it first on CFA Members.

Simply ‘like’ the page and join the conversation today.

You can also check out our new photo competition, which is giving the aspiring photographers among our ranks the chance to submit photos that will feature as our timeline pic for two week stints.

Voting for the February timeline photos closes today (Wednesday 1 Feb), so make sure you jump on here and ‘like’ or ‘love’ your favourite pic!
