State fires roundup: 4:15pm
Emergency services have responded to a number of fires today, including a grassfire which is currently going near Maryborough.

A Watch and Act warning is currently out for the fire on Camerons Lane at Carisbrook. It is a medium, fast-moving grassfire and is travelling in a southerly direction towards Moolort.
The fire is about 100 hectares in size.
Firefighters have now controlled a fire which started at 1.45pm at Lillicur, about 8 kilometres west of Talbot. The bushfire burnt 20 hectares of grass and bush. Ten CFA tankers, 6 CFA slip-ons, 1 bulldozer, 2 helicopters and 60 firefighters were involved in controlling the blaze which took just over an hour.
Also today was a 12-hecatre grassfire at south-east of Edenhope; a grassfire north of Avenel which affected traffic on the Hume Freeway; a four-hectare fire at Murtoa and; a plantation fire at Dartmoor.
