Tell us what you think
Two years ago, we asked you - our members, how you wanted us to communicate with you.
The results of that survey led to a number of improvements including the regular inclusion of Regional Director columns in Brigade magazine, plus we created an online version of the magazine, and kept printing it as well.
These are important and successful advances, however communications technology is rapidly evolving especially with the revolution in smart phone use. And given CFA is such a large, geographically dispersed organisation, it’s important we now go back to our members and ask again how you wish to be communicated with and which content you find useful.
It will only take 5 minutes to complete, and the responses collected will help us better understand the communication needs of all our members - staff and volunteers. We’re looking to beat the great response rate achieved two years ago and get a result that is even more representative of your views.
The 2014 survey is now available here: www.surveymonkey.com/s/Comms2014
The survey will close on Monday 4 August, and for those of our members not online, a printed copy will be included in the winter edition of Brigade magazine.
Other CFA surveys are also in the pipeline and will need similar support when they publish in June.
Thank you in advance for your help, and we look forward to making communications at CFA more useful, timely and relevant for all members.
