Update: Tyabb tanker rollover
11.00AM UPDATE: The fuel tanker that rolled at Tyabb yesterday (July 11) has now been rolled back to an upright position and towed away.
CFA Incident Controller Mike Willmott said recovery teams would now move in to clean up the remaining fuel and foam.
Victoria Police incident investigators will now work to determine the circumstances around why the truck rolled.
“VicRoads will then begin assessing the damage to the roadway and start the re-surfacing works,” Incident Controller Willmott said.
CFA crews will remain at the scene during the clean-up operation to ensure the site is safe.
