Helifilms are giving CFA members the chance to win one of four double passes to see a nation-wide Simulcast of The Earth Wins – the first Australian-produced IMAX film to be release in a decade.

The simulcast screening is happening for one-night-only at cinemas across Australia with the Victorian events being held at 6:30pm this Wednesday 23 October at Village Cinemas Southland and Fountain Gate.

A Q&A session will also be held after the screening at Southland with the following guests:

  • The Earth Wins film-makers, Director/Writer Jerry Grayson and Producer Sara Hine.
  • Guest Panellist Jessica McKelson (Project Coordinator of the Sumatran Orangutan Conservation Programme, Co-Founder of Earth 4 Orangutans, Founder-Director of Raw Wildlife Encounters and former Supervisor of Primates at Melbourne Zoo).
  • And Environmental Film Festival Melbourne’s Director, Nick Aberle, who will host the event.

Filmed entirely from the air, over seven years and across four continents, the film features footage of the Earth's miracles, industry, communities across the globe and natural disasters including Victoria’s January and February 2009 bushfires.
