Feedback gathered during the initial phase of the project identified a clear need to improve the induction experience for both new volunteers and existing Brigade members.
A consultation group has been established to identify enhancements to volunteer induction processes; determine core induction expectations and discuss the creation of a consistent approach that is sufficiently flexible to meet the needs of volunteers.
The first meeting of the group is planned for early May - please refer to the details below.
