CFA Chief Officer Steve Warrington and SES Chief Officer Operations Trevor White announce the 2017 Regional Community Engagement Forums.
This will be a great opportunity for members to network with brigades and SES units in their region.
Information delivered at each forum will be tailored to local requirements and relevant to members in that region.
The theme this year is 'Involved, inclusive and connected communities' and topics will include best-practice engagement, partnerships and collaboration, vegetation management and tips for using digital and social media tools.
The regional forums will be coordinated by each region with the assistance of the Community Safety team at HQ, SES and the Volunteer Reference Group.
