A grass fire that burnt approximately 60 hectares in Elmhurst is under investigation.
CFA was called to the grass fire along a new stretch of train line just before midday today.
19 trucks and an aircraft attended the scene to extinguish three grass fires sparked by what is believed to be a slow-moving train.
The fires were spread over a 1km stretch of land along the train line, with the incident under control at 1.19pm.
Investigators are on scene to determine the cause of the fire.
