Visit your local Bunnings Warehouse this weekend, buy a snag to support CFA and SES volunteers and celebrate Australia Day.
On Saturday 23 January, all Bunnings stores will be holding a sausage sizzle and other in-store activities to recognise and say thank you to all emergency service volunteers across the nation.
Between 9am and 4pm, team members from your local Bunnings will be running the BBQs with support from the local CFA and/or SES with every cent raised going directly to support the local CFA and/or SES.
This is the third year that Bunnings has held the great Aussie Day Weekend Fundraiser, with last year raising over $50,000 for participating brigades.
CFA Chief Executive Officer Lucinda Nolan said, “These barbecues are a great way for people to support a CFA brigade and get to know some of our dedicated members in a relaxed and casual setting.”
