A fire has destroyed a caravan overnight in the Lake Victoria Holiday Park in Shepparton.
CFA crews were called to the holiday park on Wyndham Street just after 11pm on 6 April.
The caravan, unattended at the time, has been destroyed by fire. No other damage to surrounding caravans was reported.
CFA District 22 Operations Officer Shane Sutton said fire investigators would return to the holiday park this morning to investigate the cause.
“It was lucky no-one was in the caravan at the time of the fire,” he said.
“We’re hoping to determine the cause of the fire, but at this stage it is being treated as suspicious.”
Four crews from Shepparton and Mooroopna attended.
