Yarra Glen Fire Brigade members will be at Ritchies SUPA IGA Yarra Glen this Saturday 3 September for their annual Father’s Day raffle and sausage sizzle.
Organised by the brigade, the event is one for the whole family and features children’s activities including Father’s Day card-making, colouring-in, a visit from Captain Koala and lots more.
Brigade members will also provide the community with information on preparing for the upcoming fire season as part of their Open Day event.
Bill Boyd, Captain of the Yarra Glen Brigade, said Ritchies IGA Yarra Glen has been a great supporter of the brigade since they moved into the town.
“We would like to see the community continue to support Ritchies IGA as events like this would not be possible without their support,” Bill said.
