CFA helping to address mental health

Even the most resilient member of CFA can be affected by stress and trauma.

CFA

This is why CFA is participating in Answering the Call - beyondblue’s national survey of mental health and wellbeing of police and emergency services personnel.

CFA is working with beyondblue on this world-first national study to provide clear evidence about the issues affecting the mental health of police and emergency services personnel, which in turn will enable CFA to identify the best ways to provide support.

PTA staff and volunteers from throughout CFA have been randomly selected to participate in the short survey. CFA encourages those invited to participate.

The survey is completely voluntary and anonymous. Independent research organisation Roy Morgan Research will host the responses, which will be analysed by The University of Western Australia. CFA will not see anyone’s individual responses.

For further information about the survey, visit www.beyondblue.org.au/pesresearch and click on the FAQs for participants link.
