A CFA volunteer's home in Melton West was burgled on 18 January and a Sunbury brigade Life Membership medal and 25-year firefighter service medal were taken.
The owner of the medals, Sunbury brigade member Marie Down, hopes they will be returned.
Both medals are engraved with her name.
