All CFA members, family, friends and volunteer supporters are invited to march in uniform with their lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) colleagues at the annual Gay and Lesbian Pride March on Sunday, 1 February 2015.
For the first time CFA members will join the other emergency services to march down St Kilda’s Fitzroy Street as part of the 2015 Gay & Lesbian Midsumma festival.
The march begins at 2pm and members are asked to assemble from 1pm at the corner of Lakeside Drive and Fitzroy Street, St Kilda. It is a huge celebration so be sure to allow plenty of time for travelling and getting to the event.
