At the end of 2014 we launched District 2 News (D2N) on a trial basis as a way to inform our membership of relevant information, innovations, and changes across the District.
It also gave District 2 members a platform to share information and stories of interest from their local area. The trial ran through until July 2015 after which time an assessment was conducted on the effectiveness of this as our local communication medium.
I’m pleased to announce, based on the positive responses and overwhelming support, we have decide to reinvigorate D2N with the aim of posting regular newsletters. I would like to take the opportunity to thank the District 2 membership for their feedback and support, and encourage you to use D2N as a means to source and share information regarding our district.
