Two weeks in and the Wellbeing Survey is proving popular with members.
Developed to help CFA further improve its support services, the survey has already been completed by more than 500 people. In some districts the response has already surpassed feedback from the last Wellbeing Survey, in 2012.
Acting Executive Director of People and Culture Margareth Thomas said CFA needed as many opinions and suggestions as possible.
“We’ve had a great response so far, but we want to hear from many more of our people.
“This survey is about getting a better understanding of what members think of our existing services, what works well, what can be improved and where we can be doing more.”
Currently District 13 leads the field with 79 of its members completing the survey. District 8 (75) and HQ (64) aren’t far behind.
The survey runs until 20 December. It’s anonymous and only takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Paper copies are also available by contacting CFA’s wellbeing intake line on (03) 9262 8409.
