Easter art show to support Trawool Fire Brigade

The Art 4 CFA Easter Art Show returns to Trawool Fire Station, just down the road from Seymour, to raise funds for the brigade.

Easter

The exhibition features pieces for sale from 12 local artists, local wine from Brave Goose Vineyard, food, Yea Cheeses on opening night, and a raffle.

A popular part of the show is the artists' challenge, where several of the contributing artists paint a version of the same subject. This year, the artists have done their interpretation of a photo taken by David Brown, Station Officer at Wodonga Fire Brigade, of a fixed-wing plane dropping water on a fire near Ebden Reservoir in District 24.

The Easter Art Show has a gala opening at 6.30pm on Thursday 29 March, where the official opening will be performed by Member of Parliament Steph Ryan. The exhibition is then open from Friday 30 March to Monday 2 April.

Entry is by gold coin donation, and a percentage of every art sale will support Trawool brigade.
