Euroa Fire Brigade's significant milestone

Members of Euroa Fire Brigade would like you to help them celebrate their 125th birthday between 9 and 11 June.

In the evening of Friday 9 June, join brigade members in a torchlight procession from the Strathbogie Shire Council Office on Binney Street, where several brigades will march up the main street, turning right on Railway Street and right again on Slee Street, where firefighters will march into the Euroa Memorial Oval just before a fireworks display begins.

On Saturday night, the brigade will have a dinner/dance including awards and entertainment. Tickets are still available for $30 a head and can be purchased at the Euroa Newsagency.

On Sunday, there's a family open day at the fire station from 10.30am to 3pm at Clifton St, where there will be a sausage sizzle, displays and demonstrations. Phone Tyson Thomson on 0407 097 951 if you would like to bring a vehicle to display or have a tent display.

All welcome.
