CFA crews attended a house fire in the early hours of this morning (5 August) in Caramut, in the state’s south west.
CFA District 5 Operations Manager Richard Bourke said firefighters were called to the house on Brown Street around 3.30am.
The single storey timber house was destroyed.
Fire investigators will look into the cause today.
Seven trucks attended from Woodhouse, Caramut, Mortlake, Mortlake-Macleod, Penshurst, Spring Creek and Chatsworth with police and ambulance.
