Maldon Group hosted its first Come Along Evening on 25 March to introduce firefighters to District specialist equipment.
Guests were from Golden Square Fire Brigade showing their Salvage Unit and FOV (Field Operations Vehicle ). The firefighters present enjoyed inspecting the new rehab addition to the salvage and flare-off unit. Most were unaware of the equipment these vehicles contain.
Maldon Group would like thank our neighbouring groups for attending - Newstead Group, Goldfields Group and Castlemaine SES. After the demonstration, members enjoyed supper.
