To celebrate National Volunteer Week 2018, we want to honour our volunteers through photos.
The CFA National Volunteer Week Photo Competition is open to all CFA volunteers to capture the CFA values (safety, respect, together, integrity and adaptive) that has made us such a respected and admired organisation.
CFA volunteers come from all walks of life, but it's our collective dedication to service, shared values and teamwork that bind us together.
This competition sets out to capture that essence.
This year we have two categories:
Amateur Category Photos submitted by CFA volunteers on behalf of their brigade
Professional Category Photos submitted by CFA volunteers on behalf of their brigade that have been taken by a professional photographer.
Winners of each category will receive a $250 Bunnings voucher. The winning photo will also be used as the cover photo on the CFA Facebook page during National Volunteer Week and shared across CFA social media.
The prize winner’s brigade will receive a framed copy of the photo and a prize up to the value of $1,000 of non-operational equipment.
The competition opens on Monday 30 April 2017 and closes Wednesday 16 May 2017 at 5pm. Email your entry as a JPEG file to cfaevents@cfa.vic.gov.au. (Maximum image size 10MB).
