Last Monday, CFA’s Steve Smith commenced in his new role as Assistant Chief Officer, Inclusion and Fairness.
Steve was Operations Manager at District 2 before taking on this new role. His career in CFA spans over 20 years, starting as a volunteer in the Yarra Valley before becoming a career firefighter.
He has worked in a number of different CFA Regions across the state providing him with broad exposure of the different communities across the organisation.
