New Brigade Management Manual launched

After 22 years, a new Brigade Management Manual has been launched.

New

We are proud to release the updated Brigade Management Manual (BMM) which can be accessed online here.

The update involved a comprehensive review, collaborating with more than 100 subject matter experts from across the organisation and VFBV.

The online version is interactive, with quick links to important information and useful resources. We encourage all our members to familiarise themselves with the manual whether for a refresh on various subjects or understanding of amendments to procedures and programs.

In conjunction with the online version, a printed copy has been produced for each brigade and will be disseminated via districts from September onwards.

To ensure CFA continues to provide the latest information to our members, we want feedback from our members about this manual. You can provide suggested updates relating to both content and design to bmmfeedback@cfa.vic.gov.au. We will be collating all the feedback over the next 12 months to incorporate into the next review and update.

We will continue to update this manual as often as we can.
