Nominate now – Young Volunteer Excellence award

Do you know an amazing young volunteer who has made an outstanding contribution through their volunteering?

Has their volunteering positively impacted the lives of others and made a difference in their community?

This year CFA is sponsoring the Victorian Young Achiever Awards as sponsor of the Young Volunteer Excellence Award.  This Award covers all aspects of volunteering including (but not restricted to) youth at risk, the homeless and disadvantaged, emergency services, health, aged care and not-for-profits.

Nominees can be young Victorians up to and including 29 years of age who, through exceptional leadership and support to others, demonstrate innovative ways to achieve excellence beyond what is expected of them.

Kate Harrap Executive Director – CFA Learning and Volunteering said “CFA is very proud to be sponsoring these awards. Volunteers are the backbone of CFA and many other organisations and community groups and it’s important we encourage young people, promote the value of youth volunteering, and build the next generation of volunteerism”.
